Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (usually 30 days). If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. (15% re-stocking fee will apply to all opened / un-sealed product)

You may return defective products for exchange up to 7 days after items have been received. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to shipping back any items.

The following are non-returnable items: crossfaders, headphones, microphones, replacement lamps (light bulbs), cartridges and styli, liquid items (fog, snow, bubble and haze liquids, etc.), computer software, slip mats, bulk cables, and any special ordered items. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any items returned must be in original condition, complete with the original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and all original accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that are not 100% complete.
