The following are non-returnable items: crossfaders, headphones, microphones, replacement lamps (light bulbs), cartridges and styli, liquid items (fog, snow, bubble and haze liquids, etc.), computer software, slip mats, bulk cables, and any special ordered items. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any items returned must be in original condition, complete with the original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and all original accessories.
