We accept orders from Canada. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting's free shipping policy does not apply on Canadian orders. We currently accept international orders paid by Wire Transfers ONLY! Orders ship when payment is received in the full amount of your purchase, including all applicable shipping charges. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting repairs any item we sell. Repair requests can be made by phone.. However, dropping off your equipment at our 1613 W Belmont store will expedite your case. Estimates are free of charge. We do not fix home audio.*


You may return defective products for exchange up to 7 days after items have been received. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to shipping back any items. Call us (800) 975-1613 or Contact Us for your RA#.

The following are non-returnable items: crossfaders, headphones, microphones, replacement lamps (light bulbs), cartridges and styli, liquid items (fog, snow, bubble and haze liquids, etc.), computer software, slip mats, bulk cables, and any special ordered items. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any items returned must be in original condition, complete with the original packaging, manuals, blank warranty cards and all original accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that are not 100% complete.


There is no sales tax charged on any order shipped outside of IL.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, but contains items that are on backorder or out of stock, we will ship those items to you when they become available and apply free ground shipping to both parts of your order. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting will ship out merchandise within 72 hours of your order being placed. Time sensitive shipments (Next Day, 2nd Day Saver, or 3 Day Select) must be received by 3pm (Central) in order to ship the same day. Orders received after 3pm (Central) will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm (Central) on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders are shipped out on business days only. Shipments require a signature upon delivery; packages will not be left at a doorstep. All shipments are insured through UPS Ground for the total purchase amount, this will cover any damages that may occur during transmit. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting is not responsible for the duration of delivery time once it has left the premises. UPS Ground deliveries usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting will provide a tracking number for all packages. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting will consider a delivery late 24 hours after the expected delivery date. At that point, Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting will take the necessary actions to recover the shipment. Customers are responsible for shipments after they have signed for the delivery. Midwest Pro Sound & Lighting assumes no responsibility for shipping charges that have occured during a reutrn. Sender must pay all shipping charges on returned merchandise.
