We provide Free Shipping via UPS Ground or USPS to the contiguous 48 states on most items.  Excluded items are those considered overweight or oversized by UPS/USPS or those that must be shipping via freight/truck.  For those items we will contact you concerning your preferred method of shipment, and will supply the shipping cost to you over the phone.

If you order free shipping items, they will have only free shipping as an option.  If you require expeditited shipping, please contact us for pricing.

If your order contains items that qualify for Free Shipping and items that do not, you will be charged the shipping costs for non-qualifying items only.

We ship only on business days, Monday through Friday.  Whenever we can, we will ship your item from the closest warehouse to ensure you receive your product as fast as possible.  We may also drop-ship your items from a manufacturer warehouse if it will reduce shipping times.  However, we cannot guarantee any Ground shipping times.  If a product is needed with a guaranteed delivery date, an expedited form of shipping must be chosen.  Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii or Alaska.

Any drop-shipped items still fall under the full terms and agreements of Midwest Pro Sound and Lighting as an Authorized Dealer, ensuring all warranties and guaranties.

Midwest Pro Sound and Lighting will only ship website orders to the United States and Canada.  If you live outside of these countries, we may still be able to take your order via telephone.
